RIQAA Final Conference and EQAR Members' Dialogue were held on October21-22, 2014 in Palermo, Italy. The event was hosted by Universita degli Studi di Palermo.

The conference was opened by Andreas Orphanides, President of the EQAR Executive Board, Roberto Lagalla, Rector, University of Palermo, and Daniele Livon, Director General of Universities, Ministry of Education, Universities and Research, Italy.

The participants discussed the findings on the recognition of external quality assurance (EQA) reviews accross borders, cross-border EQA, improvement of trust and recognition of external QA across borders.

The event was attended by 101 delegate from all major quality assurance agencies. National Centre for Public Accreditation (Russia) was represented by Galina Motova, Deputy Director.
