On November 17, 2023 the XVII Russian Forum «Higher Education: How to Evaluate and Whom to Trust» was held. It was hosted by the Guild of Experts in Higher Education.

The Forum was attended by 147 participants from Russia, Kazakhstan and Great Britain. On behalf of NCPA Galina Motova, Director, presented «The Database of External Quality Assurance Results of the Asia-Pacific Quality Register (DAQAR)»; Vladimir Navodnov, Scientific Adviser, presented «The Register of Accredited Programmes» and Petr Korotkov, Head of the Accreditation Office, presented «The Ranking of Accreditation Agencies».

The Forum was devoted to modern tools to evaluate education quality, internal system of education quality evaluation in a modern university and world trends in education quality evaluation.
