A cooperation agreement between The Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education - ARACIS, Romania and the National Centre for Public Accreditation, Russia was signed in April, 2014. The event was attended by Padraig Walsh, President of the European Network for Quality Assurance in Higher Education.
