On December 21, 2023 a meeting of the National Accreditation Board chaired by Viktor Bolotov, Academician of the Russian Academy of Education, was held at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. The meeting was held in a hybrid format (online and offline).

The first part of the meeting was devoted to discussing the status of independent evaluation of higher education in Russia and the results of the international activities of the National Center for Public Accreditation for 2023.

During the second part accreditation decisions were made. The educational programmes of the following HEIs were awarded international and public accreditation: National Research Ogarev Mordovia State University, Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov, Belgorod State National Research University, Kazan State Power Engineering University, Novosibirsk State Agrarian University.

The educational programmes delivered by Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian Universit were awarded public accreditation.
