9th European Quality Assurance Forum, Barcelona

The 9th European Quality Assurance Forum, co-organised by ENQA, ESU, EUA and EURASHE, will take place at the University of Barcelona, Spain, on 13-15 November 2014.

The European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF) provides a unique platform for the higher education and quality assurance (QA) communities to monitor, shape and anticipate developments in the field. The main purpose of the Forum is to foster a dialogue on QA that bridges national boundaries and leads to a truly European discussion on QA in higher education, and to create a common European understanding of QA through discussions and networking among different stakeholder groups.

QACHE European Expert Forum, London

The European Expert Forum will take place on 5-6 November 2014 and be hosted by QAA in London, UK.
In order to validate the results of the research (the surveys, country reports, good practice cases and in-depth interviews) at the European level and to support the development of the project outcomes (toolkit and principles on QA of CBHE), a European Expert Forum will be held in November 2014 in London, United Kingdom.

EQArep project final conference

The final conference of the project will take place on 23 September in Brussels, Belgium on the premises of the University Foundation. The conference is expected to gather around 60 participants from QA agencies and other stakeholder representatives such as higher education institutions, students, employer representatives, European and national policymakers.

2014 ENQA General Assembly

The 2014 ENQA General Assembly will take place on 16-17 October in Zagreb, Croatia and will be hosted by the Croatian Agency for Science and Higher Education (ASHE). The main themes of the General Assembly Forum are the ENQA Strategic Plan 2016-2020 and the revision of the ENQA review process. In addition, a presentation of the SEQUENT project on QA of e-learning will be provided.

ENQA Workshop on publication of QA results

The workshop on publication of QA results: purpose, structure and content took place on 16-17 January, 2014 in Zurich, Switzerland. This event was organized by ENQA in cooperation with the Swiss Center of Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Higher Education (OAQ) within the "Transparency of European higher education through public quality assurance reports" (EQArep) project of ENQA with the financial support of the Lifelong Learning Programme.
